Rant Time

George Bush on CNN just now:

Some note that al Qaida in Iraq did not exist until the U.S. invasion -- and argue that it is a problem of our own making. The argument follows the flawed logic that terrorism is caused by American actions. Iraq is not the reason that the terrorists are at war with us. We were not in Iraq when the terrorists bombed the World Trade Center in 1993. We were not in Iraq when they attacked our embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. We were not in Iraq when they attacked the USS Cole in 2000. And we were not in Iraq on September the 11th, 2001.

You can read the rest of his bullshit here.

I am so tired of having this moron speak slowly to me like I'm the stupid one. I didn't vote for him - my relative credentials as a towering genius are therefore not in question.

No, we were not in Iraq when... blah blah blah, but guess what? Bush said it himself - NEITHER WERE THE FUCKING TERRORISTS!!!
Jesus Christ, it's like listening to fucking Rain Man do Abbott & Costello.
Where does the Chickenshit-in-Chief deliver this fermented manure load? Apparently vetted audiences are in short supply willing to see him anymore, so it's off to another military base to use our troops as props again.
Can we call it a captive audience? Notably, the Wehrmacht never booed Hitler...

Rant out.

UPDATE: Blitz Woofer* just noted that Bush mentioned al Qaida only a total of 95 times in the speech today. The mushroom cloud hovering over Charleston, South Carolina is a mighty political stink bomb that just causes people to hold their noses anymore. All of that lovely FEAR that Bush used to call Political Capital has been beaten senseless.
