Live Earth

I remember Woody Guthrie saying one of the most defiant & effective actions a person could take against Hitler and Nazism was simply to fall in love.
Well... something like that. I can't remember for sure.

But in that spirit, and in the spirit of tossing bad & hateful rubbish (see earlier post) out on its ass - this is a great day for Live Earth.

Embarrassing Update: I got excited that Sonic Youth was playing when I thought I saw Kim Gordon hopping around with a bass onstage with Metallica.
Sadly, it was only Michael McKean of Spinal Tap.
