How You See Yourself

I got on the scales last night and it turns out I weigh 167 pounds.

Last April I weighed 210. Call it the stress/depression diet, which I don't recommend to anybody, by the way.... It's really not worth it.

There was a time before I slimmed down when I would see pictures of myself  & be astonished by what I actually looked like.

I am changing.
I know I am changing.
