Iowa voted today for President. I hate fucking Iowa. They are completely unworthy of all the emphasis they have in these races. Piss on that whole fucking state.
Mostly I am disappointed that the candidate I liked most has now dropped out of the race before I got a chance to vote for him. I am yet to be registered since my latest move & I don't consider the approaching deadline to vote in the primary much of a priority anymore.
So I'll say it again: Fuck yourself Iowa.
On the other hand though, watching Huckabee win is delightful.
Not because he's as liberal as Ann Coulter says but because he's driving the Republican Party batshit crazy by actually believing all of their bullshit.
That's fine when you're a voter, but terrifying when you're a candidate. As J.R. "Bob" Dobbs said "I don't practice what I preach because I'm not the sort of person I preach to."

As for Obama's victory, I hope candidates in both parties view this as a rejection of the war in Iraq. I have reservations about Obama, primarily with his minor experience & the what-the-fuck-has-he-done-yet-in-the-Senate questions. He's an awesome speaker but can he fight?
I want a fighter right now more than anything. There's a whole lot of ass-whooping that needs to be done.
