Doesn't the Law sometimes just piss you off?

I almost feel sorry for George Bush. Here he is trying to twist arms over his choice for a new Attorney General & all the pain-in-the-ass Senate can think of, is will Michael Mukasey actually obey the law he might be sworn to protect.
When I think of all the times the law has prevented me from delivering my own brand of justice to people who desperately deserved it, I almost get sick to my stomach. When I think of the pain sickness to my stomach causes me, I cannot help but feel ever so more justified by every psychotic thought I ever felt like inflicting upon the world. That's why I must now ask; who is the real victim of torture - the people who suffer or the people who suffer from not getting to do it enough???*
I agree with nominee Mukasey's completely incoherent answers regarding water-boarding as a form of torture -- how can simulated drowning constitute torture without the threat of it being genuine?

* Three question marks denoting super-duper rhetoric at work.
