I've spent the last week and a half flat on my back with fever temperatures peaking at 103.9 F.
I'm better now though I still have no real appettite for food.
I owe a big thanks to a good friend for calling me in a prescription. He said it would cure pneumonia and damn near anything else except rocky mountain spotted fever.
I hope to have my strength back by tomorrow.
There's just too much to do around here to lay around on one's ass for any length of time. A week goes by and just typing this, I feel my fingernails overgrown and unruly. Rain is coming and the lawn is tall. Who has time to be sick?
